Is the conversion 100% accurate?

No, but we are committed to ensuring that at least 90% of the transaction items are accurately converted, including key details like the date, description, type (debit/credit), and balance (if available). This is our minimum standard. If your bank statement contains additional details, we will include as much of that information as possible. If we fall short of the 90% accuracy threshold, we will gladly provide a refund or work with you to fix the algorithm by having you send us the PDF. However, please note that according to our terms of service, no refund will be issued if we meet this 90% requirement.

Can I modify the statement if it's not accurate enough?

Absolutely! You have full control to edit and rearrange transactions within the statement to ensure everything is accurate. Any changes you make will be reflected in the exported CSV or Excel files, allowing you to tailor the data exactly to your needs.

How does the credit-based pricing work?

Each credit allows you to convert one bank statement into an Excel or CSV file. It doesn't depend on the size or complexity of the statement.

Do purchased credits expire?

Yes, purchased credits expire after one month or one year, depending on the type of plan you choose. Be sure to use them before they expire.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for unused credits. However, you can use them at any time within the one-month or one-year validity period, depending on the plan you choose, before they expire.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via online banking. More payment methods, including credit card and PayPal, will be added soon.

Is there a limit to the number of transactions I can convert with my credits?

No, there is no limit to the number of transactions you can convert with your credits. Each credit allows you to convert one bank statement, regardless of the number of transactions it contains.

How secure is my financial data?

We take the security and privacy of your financial data very seriously. All data transfers are encrypted, and we do not store any personal information, such as names or addresses. Additionally, all PDFs are stored temporarily for processing and are deleted immediately after conversion.

Do you handle PDFs with passwords?

Yes, we handle password-protected PDFs. Simply enter the password when you upload the document. Rest assured, we do not store your PDF password.

Can I preview my bank statement before purchasing credits?

Yes, you can preview the first 3 transactions of your bank statement before purchasing credits. This allows you to ensure that the parser is accurately converting your statement before making a purchase.

How does the credit-based pricing work?

Which banks are currently supported?

Currently, we are supporting Maybank savings statements, CIMB savings statements and other 6 types of statements. However, we are constantly working to add support for more banks.
